Im a little pissed. Didnt finish this one. I was on the last 400 of the 800 and blew a tire. My calf is throbbing and stiff and has been since this morning. Its been a chronic issue with wods that have longer runs, and then non leg movements next. Hopefully all will get better with some ice and rest.....cause I was looking forward to this week!

Tanya and I completed our first WOD in like 5 days. FIRST OFFICIAL WOD AT THE NEW HOUSE!!!! Felt good to get back into it. The runs felt really good. It was very tough finishing with #30 thrusters. Didn't have access to a 53 kb so I used a #35db.

After my WOD I trained Paul tonight and did all of the runs with him as well. My legs are jelly.
