so i did:
5 rounds for time
25 double unders
25 lunges
25 sit ups
25 ring rows

since i was inside i substituted push ups for ring rows. even though my time was 3 mins more than last time i am very proud to announce that i did them ALL regular push ups!!! funny, my abs and back are what tired out the most on those full push ups- and i probably didn't even go down as far as i need to! but i'm feeling psyched that i did all 125 push ups, without a single modified one :-) :-) Yipeee!
can't wait to see the new gym!
