Missy and I took on "Fractured Runny Angie" this am. Man, did that whip my butt! I obviously was not consulted when they named that WOD! I've got a headache now, even hours later.

did 100 burpees 8:45 don't know what a 'respectable' time is...
busy studying for my boards...will have to be sure to cross fit to keep the anxiety level down!

sounds fun huh?
