For time:

Burpees
15,14,13,12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Box Jumps
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15

Alternating between the 2 exercises complete Burpees in decending order and box jumps in accending order.

Ex. Rd 1: 15 burpees, 1 box jump Rd 2: 14 burpees, 2 box jumps Rd 3: 13 burpees, 3 box jumps.......

This was fairly tough. I thought it was one to just smash, but half in you realize how hard you are feeling the suck. 17:53 As always, it is hard to workout by yourself.

Mike I agree! I rank that WOD up there.
I did this at my house in the yard where I use to have grass! now it's a dust bowl. I guess that's a little take of the Games.

that was a good one- by that i mean that Pukie tried to visit me, i found myself whining (without an audience) and considering bagging the whole thing. Finished in 17:48 and just glad to be done. and yes Mike, i agree, it's hard to workout by yourself. i'll be with you in spirit :-)

After pushing the 5:30 crew through this sucker and being inspired by their hard work I took it on myself at home. Way to fight to end Karen, TJ and Paul. TJ, way to earn that t-shirt buddy, 17:15 was killer, you did great!

Yeah this one surprised me too...there are times when I wondered if it ever was going to end!
