Took a 10k ride on my new B-day mountain Bike!! Rode to my new house and back! Can you believe it we didn't do it for time. Quads are definitely feeling it now. SO is my backside!
can't run- home with the kids.. did 50, 40, 30... of push ups, sit ups, air squats. smashed my last time of 15:51 did it today in 13:29 :-) have my boards today at noon- hoping this wod will alleviate some of the nerves! :-)
Somehow I've managed to miss the last few 5Ks-- my last was May 2nd!! After all those benchmark lady WODs lately, it was good to get a new mark for my 5K as well. The May 5K took 32:11 and today I did it in 30:47. Plus I was able to run the whole time today(!) whereas in May I had to take a few walking breaks. I was really trying to pace myself today so I could keep going. So I'm pleased with my new time and the measurable endurance improvement!!
