managed 11:25 with this mornings workout....could have been better but I pulled my calf again. Its really starting to piss me off. Im goingto schedule an appointment for early next week to get it checked out.
On a happy note...It was awesome this morning to be working on the snatch. Cant wait to see it incorporated in our stuff some day.
I second what Scrap said about going over the snatch. Tanya, you are fantastic at teaching technique. Those 5:30 am workouts are still killing me the rest of the day...I just took a nap in my car.
second day of my first burpee when I realized my error I thought how will I ever do back to back single burpees....but good news...I did it!! this is all really funny till we get to days...50-100

21 #75 Shoulder Press (Tanya #55)
21 Sit-ups
Fatigue through the shoulders set in real quick.
Had to break up into 3's for the last 3 rounds.
