Today was a day off for me. I did my two burpees....between my hurting thighs from the squats/run yesterday and my bum calf muscle....I can actually sound like a B*t@H and say that the 2 burpees hurt!

I will join in on that. I attempted King kong -50 today.
3 rounds
1-405lb DL
2-muscle ups
3-205lb Squat cleans
4-handstand push ups

Finished through all three rounds finishing the 3rd round except for cleans. Hurt my back on the last 405DL!! I feel like a freaking 90yr old man. Can hardly get off the floor.

Kudos to you for taking on the Kong! When I saw that video, I thought rudi and those guys from alexandria where nuts! Thats a TON of weight! Even scaled back a hair, my hats off to you sir!
