10-21-08 "Cindy +5"

AMRAP in 30 min:

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats

Add 5 reps to each exercise each round.
Ex. rd 2- 10pull ups, 15 push ups, 20 air squats, rd 3- 15 pull ups, 20 push ups, 25 air squats etc.

Ugggg....my hands were not happy to see this today, especially after TSE two workout days earlier. Needless to say, my hands are shot and ripped to hell =O(.

I hope tomm is very hand intensive! LOL
