Hey everyone! Remember me?? After a little crossfit break last week, Missy and I are back at it! Monday I did the posted WOD and Missy made up the jumprope/situp WOD. Tuesday we did the "6 of diamonds" WOD from the Hopper deck. Today Missy did the posted "2 min defense" WOD, and I made up an old WOD that involved less stress on my hand. Unfortunately my thumb has been acting up again, so I've been modifying or doing a different WOD altogether.

So we are still here doing our thing, we're thinking of you all-- wondering how in the world you can manage to be getting up that early and still function! :-) Saw Jodie's Rx'd pull-ups-- way to go girl! Hopefully we will be seeing you all soon on a Saturday morning!
