Hey Josh, I think you need to recheck the Burpee #. I did 12 today and 11 was yesterday. I want to make sure I'm not doing more than I have to. You know how much I love the damn Burpees!!
Thanks for this heads up on the mistake Elaine. Did Annie tonight 50-10 DU & SIt ups in 7:10. I was screwing up my DU's left and right on my 50 and 40 sets then I got into a grove. It probably didn't help that it was at 10pm on Sunday night.
Going to watch the rest of the Phils. World Series bound:) See ya'll tomorrow.
Burpees are a great warm-up prior to the daily WOD's!!

I took on Cindy +5 tonight. I really hate push ups, with every round I hated them even more! That was were all my time went.
6 rounds + 28 pull ups + 2 hand tears
