Good for you girls...I like hearing about all these BURPEES!!!!!

I did burpee/boxjump 15-1 today...rolled my ankle on 12 of 14 box jumps, glad it was near the end!

We had another two newbies try a WOD this afternoon. Sherry and her daughter Jacquie (Sorry if I spelled it wrong again) fought through their first Crossfit Workout. We see more potential! Hope to see you back again real soon. Great work today.

Took on Burpee box jump this evening.
