Missy and I decided to pull out an old WOD from August this morning since we don't have enough weight to do the chief.
AMRAP 20min 200 m run, 21 sit-ups, 15 ring rows, 9 push press. Ring rows are the killer for me, and push press was the part Missy dreaded most.
I got 5 rds in and the run, and Missy was fighting that bar of weights til the bitter end and was just 2 push presses shy of 5 rds when time was up (she did finish off those 2 pp though-- can't leave that little bit undone!!)

Tonight Tanya and I practiced our Snatch, Clean and Jerks from this weekends Cert then did weighted pull ups.

For the chief I only got 3 rounds in for each 3 minute set. I forgot I tiled all weekend. My shoulders were really tight.
