Finished my burpees and did a 2K row today. Scrappy I am with you, from the past 2 days I am sore as hell.
21-15-9ring rows,pull ups*ring dipsokay, so i realized i can't even hold myself up on rings yet!!! (first time trying rings ever!) so i worked on just trying to stay up as long as i can)no timer today
