uh, i don't think i understood this one..how many of each before going to the next? so today i did: 30 handstand push ups (modified of course. 40 kipping pullups (if we are being honest there were a number of jumping pull ups in their too!) 50 kettle bell @ 50lbs 60 sit ups 70 burpees 12:35 Josh- what diameter is your pull up bar? i wasn't as successful with my pull ups here as i was at your place...thinking my bar is bigger in diameter and i have tiny hands :-)
Our typical "tabata" work is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. So for today, we did 20 sec dealifts, 10 sec rest 20 sec burpees, 10 sec rest, 20 sec deadlifts, 10 sec rest, 20 sec burpees, 40 sec rest (10 sec rest + 30 sec rest). Repeat that sequence 4 times and record total number of reps completed for the entire duration of work.

Nice work ya'll! Great deadlifting tonight...I always like to see good form. Best part is, you guys can count your burpees toward the challenge.
