The AM crew went in diffferent direction this AM. 15 Meters (more like 15 yards) of Hell, for 10 minutes. Then hit a 3 excersise Tabata 4rds 30 seconds on 10 secs rest: Rowing, Butterfly sit-ups and med-ball pushups(Julia- Burpees) Great work by all!!

I forgot to add, the AM Crew was so impressed with my booty, they choose to 15 Meters....Firm Booties for X-mas!

The only real difficult part was the damn weighted lunges or it would have been more.
btw, I checked in the mirror, and my butt doesnt look as fine as Buss... =0(
