Did today's posted WOD- DU,KB,MM. Did it solo, hard to stay motivated.(just kept hearing Josh in my head saying "stay on it!") Goal was to finish in less than 25min, just made it.

So the PM Wod, Tanya, Keith and I decided to break out my elementary extra large foam dice to decide our WOD.

First, we rolled 2 dice to determine the rounds # = 7 rounds.

We each chose an exercise Josh=manmakers, Keith=OHS, Tanya=ring rows. Then we each took the dice and rolled to determine # of reps.

The WOD looked like this:
7 rounds

7 OHS 95/65
9 Ring rows
2 (snake eyes) man makers 35/25

much harder than it looks!!
