12-31-08 "Badger"

Here is a lovely workout the finish 2008!

3 rounds for time:

30 Squat cleans (95/65)
30 Pull ups
800m run

First time going over 135lbs. Felt pretty good. Definitely capable of 200+

Felice great job on 205, Tanya nice job on 125

We then created a fun little WOD which incorporated each of our efforts.

1 person rowed 250m while a person stood next to the rower with a 35lb KB in each hand OH for the time it took the rower. THe 3rd person completed as many situps as they could. We rotated on the rower and completed a total of 4 rounds.
