1-12-09 "Fight Gone Bad"

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75/55 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75/55 (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Ladies worked with 65#'s today utilizing the bumpers. They did a great job!! Sean gave it a great effort on his first meeting with the FGB Monster. Scrappy laid it out with a serious total of 363 setting the FGB Bar for the Men.

Someone let me know what Jodie's score was so I can put it on the board. It was 2 something I cant' remember what. 240ish?? Thanks.

Did FGB this morning too. Missy and I both scored lower than the last time we did this in November. However, Nov weight was 55# and today we used 65#. So we'll go with that excuse.... :-)

Nice job girls. I took the day off today. Good work to the am group as well. Scrappy nice job on the 360's.

Just got a nice forced air heat blower for the garage. Now I can possibly be warmer for my WOD's.
