Couldn't do the posted WOD today-- no rower, my new jump rope isn't cut to size yet, and the pull-up bar is outside (YIKES!! way too cold!)

So we did 10 rds of 10 squats & 7 burpees. (WOD from mid Dec). I shaved off 2:21 from my time since mid Dec!! Whoo-hoo! (I think it's that "Scrappy-style-one-motion-burpee I'm working on) :-)

Missy's time was right there with my last month's time 14:30

Today I strayed from the posted workout to attempt some work on my weakness - heavier weights.

I really have nothing to post weight/rep/lift wise since I could barely move more than what we workout with on the higher end. It was extremely pathetic. Really have no excuse since I feel good and Im rested. Guess Im just a "another word for a kitty kat"!

Time to go find that Tequila and try again later =0)
