This was tough with the legs still 'burn'ing from the weekend. I backed of the intensity just a hair to try and make more conscientious pulls for the squat cleans. I'm sure it impacted time, but was well worth it. Ring dips and DU felt pretty solid.
95#!!!! You go girls! Wow. I went with 65#, since nothing was listed and I thought that amount seemed reasonable,.....but you ladies went crazy! Way to go! We also did the DUs, and modified ring dips off a chair. Getting better at stringing DUs together. Happy about that.

Great work this morning! the AM crew is getting STRONG! All the ladies used 95 lbs and Scraps owned 135.

Good job to all. Ang glad to hear the DU are getting better. Scrappy I hear ya bro on the legs. My groin and hip flexors are still sore.
One more day's rest for me. Back on it tomorrow.
