James:Sumo Deadlift High Pull: Pull the bar from Shin to Chin, keep your elbows out and back flat.

James, there is actually a picture of the ending position of the Sumo deadlift high pull from Saturday's wod. You'll see Eida with close grip on the bar and elbows high just like Keith said. Also just to add to what Keith said, the move starts just like a deadlift except with a wider stance and a more narrow hand grip (thumb distance apart).

Tanya, Buss wasn't talking about me. So maybe Felic or some other Mike. I did deconstructed Elizabeth the day we all did on 2/17. I haven't been in the gym yet this week as I'm taking the week off. I miss it and everyone, but will be back shortly.
