This Evenings Crew made up a previous WOD from this week.

We started off the morning with a little 1 rep max strict overhead press. Jodie pr'd by 15# and put up 75# and Molly pr'd by 20# and put up 90#!! Way to go!

Getting the hang of the ever pesky double unders. We will continue to work them until they are no longer a weakness.

I gotta say we had alot of jerks tonight...good looking jerks might I add! :) I'm really impressed with the form you all demonstrated by the end of the night. Evening crew made up "EC" from earlier this week. Alot of good work done in that 10 minutes! Great work fighting through the awkwardness and staying solid! One more movement to add to your bag of exercise tricks.
