On the minute for 15 minutes complete 3 heavy clean and jerks

If you fail to complete the 3 C&J within the minute continue to get as many as you can for the remaining time.

3 lil piggies w/ 65lbs- all 45 reps.

Dam... That was hard. Felice and Tanya Hell of a job with all 45 reps. I fell out after 9 rounds and finished with a total of 38reps at 185lbs. Better luck next time I guess.

You know that quote on the wall, something like "if you think the workout is easy, you're already screwed"... That was me today, I believe I said something like "that sounds easy" after Tanya explained the workout. Needless to say I didn't even make it to 45. 3 lil piggies, yeah right.
