Man its hard to drudge up intensity lately! Today was cool though...Managed to snatch my first overhead squat rep for all 10 rounds. Kettlebells didnt feel as bad as the other night

I thought my quads hurt from yesterday, then I saw the bruises across my shoulder and collar bones from racking the front squat yesterday.

What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger, unless it kills you first.
