90 seconds for each couplet. Complete AMRepsAP in the remaining 90seconds following each run. Rest 20sec between couplets. Rest 1 minute between 1st round and 2nd round.

Missy & I did yesterday's AMRAP of wall balls & squat thrusts. The last few rounds were better than the first- took me a little while to get into a rhythm with those squat thrusts. What's the deal with those anyway? Is that a real move, or did you guys just make that one up?? J

Good for you Ang and Missy too! Yeah squats thrusts aren't a very graceful easy move...and no we did not make them up. This was actually one of the workouts we had to do at the Malvern Level I cert back in Feb. We just thought we'd let everyone in on the fun!

You're brave asking for another Murph just 7 short days later...be careful what you wish for :)

Spent my entire day in the Garage ripping out the ceiling. Almost done. Looks great!! Floor comes next. Possibly picking that up this weekend.

Today was Day 5 for me which means rest day!! Back to work tomorrow. See ya'll in the am.

I did the settlement, but slightly varied. I didnt feel like doing the k2e, so i did ring dips instead. So 5 rounds of 5 315 deads and 12 ring dips. Managed 6:18. Felt really good on the deads. It was nice to do something heavy. Then I just did some turkish getup work and some free standing hand stand work.
