Ang, I think we found your move girl! Nice job, you looked solid all the way through...especially last couple rounds you nailed it!

Molly, so glad you went to hang position. Next time you'll know you got it mentally right from the start. This is a frustrating move and really forces form to be there first. Since you're our "form girl" I have no doubt with a little more work you'll be dead on every time. Then, do you mind letting Scrappy watch you for a little bit, he seems to get things better when he sees you doing them.

Aw c'mon Scraps you didn't think I'd leave you out did ya!?! 5 words...I yell because I care.

Thanks for making me go to the hang position. The first time at a new weight I always seem to resist it. The only way I will get better is by doing it.

I guess I should have waited until it was 60 deg outside rather than 40 deg when I did it at 9 am.

Doing all of those squat-thrusts as a youth playing soccer didn't help my.
