Great job Buss....that Wod looked sick in all the videos. I missed yesterday cause I woke up to a flat. Regardless I traded the car in later yesterday and got the new car. Since yesterday ended up being the day off, I was going to do Elizabeth today. I really dont know how anyone works out by themselves. I just cant get going on my own. So I warmed up, did some reps and came back inside like usual! Damn it!!!!! Maybe Ill attempt again later.

Missy and I went to the "fair" this morning. Nothing like the old Town Fair to get you going in the morning! Earlier in the week we did the manmaker/situp WOD. All I can say about that one is that the situps went too quickly and weren't a long enough break between manmakers!J

Scrappy-- oh, come on you big baby! All you have to do is tell yourself all the things the trainers yell at you the whole time you're working out!! I try to pretend they are standing next to me yelling. It works a little. Maybe you need to record their motivating comments and play them when you are by yourself....just a thought J

Hey, the garage looks great!! Can't wait to do the WOD there Sat!!

Scraps, try and warm up for a longer period of time. Get more of a sweat going before you attempt to hit a high intensity WOD. Find a routine at home that will allow you to get a bit manic before you hit the watch. The group WODs tend to get the adrenaline going and when you are at home you won't feel it if you allow yourself to be sluggish. It takes me longer to warm up when I am alone. If you are gonna really suffer you need some time to get used to the idea.

I liked this one! I could keep the intensity throughout. Lunges really start to work the legs into the last 2 rounds. I was able to string all the pull-ups together consecutively.

Did Felice just kick Scrappy out of the group?

Here's another idea Scrappy...get yourself a dynamax ball for your home gym. Apparently I hear that's all you need to really get your going?!?
