yes, that is the substitution. With 45# 1 SDLHP = 10 meters (500m row = 50 SDLHP).

I hope to be back very soon! I LOVED Crossfit!!!!! I am working on it...at least I am planning on coming to the free Saturdays!! I may even bring a friend too. In the meantime, I am doing the crossfitapex WODs that I can do at my gym... Sharon
