Zach, Glad to hear things went well! The second day is when the soreness really kicks in.
The AM crew came ready to work this morning. They dominated the AMRAP.

YEAH! That's my bad, we did not squat clean, it was straight power clean. I saw Heavy Grace and just figured it was PC. O'well, I'll have to try sq cleans next time.

Good job Zach! Minnucci good work with the 100lbs. Haven't seen you in while hope you can come to the garage soon.

So Tanya and I took a nice 3 hour nap this afternoon early evening. I then woke up, went out to the garage at 9pm. I did some Snatch and Clean work then felt good so I did Diane.

PR'd big time from last time. 4:13

Nice Try Eida!! I don't think that will persuade Tanya to change tomorrows 5k.

I'm with you on the plyo boxes Dave. Josh can we have a box building party at the garage one weekend? Everybody bring tools and supplies and just go for it? I tried (not) to break my neck last night jumping on a bench and then wisely decided against it for my WOD.
