I'm sore and moving kind of funny. Quads and a whole bunch of muscle in the arm and shoulder area.

i'm murph'd up too...and I've got a bad kink in my neck along with a bump on my head. I hate that pull up bar! How bout this summer weather :) Can't wait til JUNE!
