Welll today I decided to see if I can go to VA with a little more confidence or a broken competitor. I went out for a light jog and then went about 85-90% on some 400m runs. I found two things out. 1. my running endurance is gone. 2. I seem to be able to run without the leg popping at intensity.
Thats a HUGE mental relief. I dont think my leg troubles are gone. But I do feel I can make it through the qualifier without an incident. So today was a plus. Now to stay off it and take care of it until next week ;0)
Sorry night crew i didnt get home til 7:00 pm, but i made up for by modifing the workout
