On the minute for 20 min:

3 Power Cleans
3 Front Squats
3 Thursters



*Mens #95, Female #65
If you fail to complete the 3 exercises within the minute continue working through the 3 moves completing as many rounds as you can in the remaining 20 minutes.

Dang that looks like a crazy workout.
I would have been there if i wasnt so sore from my workout yesterday.
Felt up to an exercise later then 730am and did Annie with the tripled jump ropes in 10:21. I have to get those double unders soon!
Had my mom try this as her first CF workout and she got 12:33. see you guys on monday!

I dont know about you guys, but Zach's complete lack of motivation really bothers me! Get PUMPED already Zach! jeeeezzz

THat was a tough one today. I wasnt at all scared of it at 95lbs, but at 115, that was a weee bit much and my body is feeling it already.
