Tanya did a 2k row in 7:43 then 15 min later took on the DL DU Wod in 4:13. Nice Job

wow why must i have work on wednesdays. this workout looks sick i wish i could have been there. planning on making this my thursday workout for sure.

Finished 9:58 Rx'd. Kinda was thinking pre workout I'd be in the 8 min range, but its all good. I couldn't straight set the pull-ups the last two rounds even with my new kip! Guess that's what happens when you do a full lat workout the day before. Mike deff give it a try tomorrow. Give it all you got on the runs since they are short. Saturday is approaching...I'm excited and I am not even going to be there haha. Good luck again guys!

Paul is to be no mention of "full lat workouts" unless you mean you did a crap load of pullups and deadlifts :) :) :)

Can't wait til you're a 100% cfer!
