4-24-09 "2K row or run"

For time row (or run) 2 kilometers.

If you don't have a rower, substitute 200 SDLHP (sumo deadlift high pulls) for the row...or go for a 2 k run.

*this just happens to be workout #1 at the Mid Atlantic Qualifier...it's not long now...

Yesterday did the 4/800m runs: 3:44/3:43/3:48/3:56
Not sure if I really slowed down those last 2 rounds or if it was the traffic I had to wait for...J (the 800m I was doing crosses over the street!) Ah well, it's still an improvement from the last ones I ran (of course that was last May!)

Did Helen today. Could feel my leg fatigue from the start, due to yesterdays runs. 10:58

and I praticed my doubleunders starting to get it.

Made my gym class do a crossfit wod that i made up, it was so hard!

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps of each:
pull ups
thrusters (55)
45m run (split into suicides)
burpees

the total running distance turned out to be 2220m! we were dead.
