21-15-9 of the following for time:

body-weight bench press (or ring push ups)
OHS (95/65) - overhead squats
Sit-ups
Pull-ups

Buss, its a mcDemitt calf sleeve. Its one of their mid grade models that has three velcrow adjusters so that you can dictate how tight you want it. Got it at sports authority.

Took today off. Cant wait to get back in the gym tomm a.m. This past weekend opened my eyes to a few things.
