So I decided to do the womens game prep workout from the crossfit journal. Used 225 for the deads and the equal to the womens posted 135. Also used my 24 inch box to the womens 20. I really thought it would go a lot easier then it did. Again, C2B pullups were a huge limiting factor for me. Im soooo pissed that I lost them somewhere along the way. If anyone has seen or found my C2B pullups, please return them to owner (me) for reward prior to the 24th of this month...thanks.

Also did some mid grade snatch work
