Due to things beyond my control, I was not able to make it back yesterday as intended. So today I went out for a 2 mile run, then did some heavy squat cleans and some weighted muscle ups....pretty much just screwing around. Hope to be back in full swing come tomm!
Was so tired after school today, took a nap instead of doing some crossfit haha. Felt more awake around 9 and decided make up an exercise since i couldn't figure out how to do pull ups while holding a 20lb dumbbell. what i did instead: 400m run 21-15-9 pull ups 21-15-9 push ups 21-15-9 pike push ups in 15:14
still trying to be able to do a WOD with straight up HSPU!

Josh, I tried to set the bar??? But my legs weren't feeling the air squats today?? Too many 2 days this week.

We performed this one straight up this AM wiithout the weights. Jodie left a little bit of herself on the pull-up bar. I was so simpathetic too!!! 8o)
