No rower, so I ran the 800m. Felt the calf so it was more like a jog. Then that leading into box jumps pretty much left me just going through the motions since I couldn't really go at the wod. Not on purpose, but it ended up being more of a teaser.....so 95% chance Ill be coming to tonights session at the garage to get something in =0) cya then
Worked out before the post, so decided to do the "Deadrunlift" from last week that we never got to do. I got one 800m run into it and it started pouring rain and thunder and lightning....so much for that! So, that was a nice 800m warm-up...and we now needed an inside WOD. Ended up doing a WOD from 2 months ago. (4rds-41 air squats, 21 heavy KB, 21 pushups) I improved my time by 2:30 today-- so very happy with that.
Still would like to try the Deadrunlift sometime, maybe one of these mornings it will actually not be raining!

9:20. did the 800m run and subbed the box in with the second step on my staircase. crazy workout !
