50 air squats
7 muscle ups
10 hang power cleans (135/85)


*substitution for muscle ups 3 pull ups and 3 ring dips = 21 PU & 21 RD or 14 jumping muscle ups

That is a rough WOD. I was really proud of my AM crew. Very tough workout given the last few days or any day.

This one looks nasty. I might take on Linda tonight. Question, is linda a squat clean or just a power clean? I'm hoping I don't have to front squat after deadlifting...

Well..... Ive been asking for this one so Im happy to see it in the programming. Unfortunatly today was just not the day for it. Between the 90 pullups in the badger and the 100 pullups in TSE among yesterdays arm burner, my arms had nothing to give the muscle ups.

Flew through round 1 in 2 min and some change, but then I just ate up a ton of time with each muscle up. The squats and cleans were def the easy part.

Ill have to try this again when I can be my normal monkey self on the bar.

After sitting in a conference all day, I felt the need to punish myself.

Evening group nice work tonight. Thanks for the patience with the set up on this Nasty Girls WOD. Lots of scaling and modifications with the muscle ups!

Prior to the groups arriving tonight I took on 5 rounds of 5 c&j #135 and 5 muscle ups.
