HHA WOD2 is 50 C2B pull ups and 50 Burpees.

My legs are killing me however I am still going to take a run at yesterdays posted WOD. I loved the showing we had yesterday and I want to see how I do.

Kim - The bands were ordered from ironwoodyfitness.com. Buss - that was HHA WOD1 - that time would have given you 6th in that WOD. With a little competition, you would have easily picked up a few places.

didnt have all the equip necessary for the FGB WOD so i decided to do the crossfit.com WOD

Incredible time Cappi. I don't think any of us have done it in the 10's. I think my best is 11:00. :P You are the real deal brotha. Keep up the good work.

really? i felt like i could have done it better because i wasnt on the floor completely dying afterwards.

funny thing is i did this work out RIGHT after i got back from the YMCA because regular lifting doesnt do squat for me anymore :|
