I took on the Task Priority FGB again. 3 rounds of 20 reps of: Wall ball, SDHP, Box Jump, PPress, Rower Cal., 1min rest. Repeat from April 16 and I wanted to give it another go. I dropped my time on the first two rounds and then almost gave it all away in round 3. I got my booty handed to me quite nicely. PR 14:15 including 2 x 1min. rests.
I took on a CRXFT football wod and had to scale it. 5 rds for time 6 Power snatches - I used 95 it called for 135 10 box jumps 15 incline sit-ups- I added

Josh wasn't lying, today's Great Basin #3 was just brutal! It all you can do to keep moving on that last 800. I'm happy with my time though because right before I started I said I'm shooting for 25min if Speal did 19:57. Had to stop with 10 C2B to run outside and fight off Pukie...he didn't get me today :)

Took on the Great Basin WOD 3, one of the hardest WODS I have done since the badger. I do believe this was worse than the Badger. 28:07

Classes tonight ran smooth! Awesome intro class with some more new people and 630 group pumped alot of mental toughness.
