Hmmmm...I really like this workout but Julia and I took on last weeks run/dead/pushup workout last night so my back is smoked. Maybe I can do some other workout tonight that I missed this week?

On a side note I connected seven DU's in a row and Julia had nine! It deff feels good getting more than two in a row.

I did yesterdays 50 OHS. 75#I had to break 5 times. Did 10 pushups to buy back in (no pullup bar)10:20. My shoulders shoulders/arms are dead. Legs are fine.

Tanya and I just did today's posted WOD. I felt really good however I have been having trouble with my lower back on these Running and DL WODS. I think my form is off, I am cranking my head too high which is causing my lower back to spasm big time. Couldn't maintain intensity because my back felt so bad about 8 rds in. What the hell!:/ Tanya nice work with your 13 rds. Real strong on the deads. See ya'll Saturday!
