Scrappy taking on the 21-15-9 of 95lb snatches and C2B pull ups for his Final WOD at the Mid-Atlantic Qualifiers last Sunday. Mike finished 29th overall out of 101 competitors. Good job Scrappy.

Listening to the cheering commentary is the best part of these videos... Priceless.

Scrappy, after watching your WOD I commit to no longer refer to you as Crappy (it's just inappropriate). Well, at least not in the near future ;) Good effort!

GOOD JOB BUSS!!! 10 miles in the RAIN! I can't imagine running in wet clothes right from the start. I'm sure you would have been 90 in sunny, dry conditions :)

Good Job Keith! It was a miserable morning for a run. How did the rest of the Apex crew do at the run?

Mary finished the last wo in 7:07
21-25-9 27" box jump, kettlebell swing, SDHP 65#. that included a 10 Burpee penalty for dropping the bar (she said it slipped). She said thanks again.

I agree with Felice, Its hard to watch yourself as you can really pick things apart. This was the only WOD I really did god n as I places 12th overall out of everyone in it.....yet from the video, there is soooo much room for improvement.

Eida, we cant do away with Crappy, Im sure there will be a time and a place were it will be needed again =0)

Awesome job to all the Broadstreet runners. Who the F wants to run 10 miles, yet alone in the rain....so cuddos!

Great job to Mary for Finishing Hells Half Acre!

As a side note, I wont be there in the a.m. tomm as Ill have the kids. So Ill be attending the 5:30pm class.

Congrats to Mary for finishing HHA. Bussom major kudo's to you and the other APEX'rs that ran in this miserable weather. I was enjoying myself sitting in the house on my lovely couch.

Just finished yesterdays WOD. Instead of 15min AMRAP I did 6 rounds for time as it was written for the Qualifier WOD. 11:42 Legs felt shot afterwards.

Tanya just did an insane WOD, as I was watching it looked as if she wasn't going to finish I couldn't believe it. Look for this WOD to come up soon in the programming!!!:)Tan don't tell the group what you did.

Scrappy see you tomorrow night.
