well i'm at the YMCA at the moment and i just finished yesterday WOD. i underestimated how hard it would be to complete a crossfit workout at a public gym. i had my wall ball station taken after the first round and had to run around and find another wall without losing too much time. i need to get more equipment at my house!

Y had no med balls heavier so i upped the reps
4 rounds of:
28 wall ball 10lbs
15 sit up
9 deadlift 155lbs

I'll be honest, yesterdays wod kicked my ass. The back of my body from my traps down are sore as hell. This wod looks like hell so I'm resting today somewhat. I might...well, do some benching tonight (no comments from tanya :p). Great time mike! Interested in seeing what apex best workout is coming up...

The only thing I got from Scrappy's post was "drink margaritas", so I stopped at the wine shop and grapped a couple bottles... that means it's a rest day for me too!

BTW sorry AM crew, I overslept. I grabbed a quick nap on the sofa yesterday around 7pm and when I opened my eyes it was 7AM in the morning. Note to self #1 Set alarm #2 Sleep in room wih alarm clock. See you tomorrow.

Molly, I believe Scrappy is wussing out of tomorrow's wod...I think he just wants an excuse if he doesn't "perform"...just my interpretation of why he'd be laughing at tomorrow's apex best...then again some of us do better with a slight hang over???? who knows...it's scrappy!!!

Cappi, sorry about your Y experience and Paul, no comment on the Bench :) Do good fella, bench away :)

Elaine, way to hit this one tonight...so proud you jumped the box (plates). First time since the shin injury... good girl! Looked strong, so proud of you!

Tanya and I just did yesterday's post. Scrappy great work you took it to me on this one. Zach very respectable time. Keep up the great work. Your intensity is doing you well.

Felt a little sluggish after a 2 hr afternoon nap but overall felt ok while doing it. Back tightened up quite a bit when done. Must have been the combo of those wallballs and DL.

Its not like the odds were not already stacked against....putting the most infamous of named WODs on a day 3 for most of us. Thats not very condusive for PR's. Since the guantlet has been thrown though, I guess Ill have to come and go sub 3 all messed up...... or maybe Ill sleep in.....who knows! MUUUAHAHAHAH
