I was really impressed this morning with the effort level that everyone drummed up for the signature crossfit WOD @ 6am. PR's all around.

Took on yesterday's Chipper 9:03. Felt real consistent throughout. Hang Pwr Clns really attack your forearm strength especially headed into the Double Unders.

Ready for tonights Intro class and our 6:30 Fran group. Bring your A game. Pics to come!!

I finally figured out kipping on the bands. Thanks to watching Angie on Saturday! I straight set the last 9 pullups. On to the red bands.

Holy Molly I am spent after watching all that insanity tonight. First we got to watch all new first time crossfitters completely give it their all on a very tought FGB style workout. Then I watched 2 heats of Fran follow at 6:30. My voice is shot and I am ready for bed.

Man I love this stuff. Can't wait till next time. Good night!

By the way when the heck are they going to post the Mid-Atlantic Profiles. I am excited and it is wearing off. :/

Wow classes are crowded. Thats great for apex!

Julia and I took on fran tonight. I did thrusters with 75 pounds because I wanted to balance my time and weight better for this workout. I think I was 7:19 which was fine for me. Julia killed it! I need a running workout tomorrow to get rid of my leg soreness.

I love Fran! Fran was everwhere today...Valley, the High school, Monco Gym...the garage...so cool!You guys did awesome tonight! The adrenaline was pumping. I love to hear about all these prs :)

Hey Paul! Don't be afraid to do the benchmarks Rx'd. You are plenty strong enough to do the prescribed weight. Your time should be a reflection of where you are right now. That is why it is a benchmark. We scale for safety not performance. You are plenty strong enough. Take on the full girl next time and see where you end up!
