Made up Fran this morning with Missy. We hung a ring and put one foot in the ring for pull-ups, which is a little easier than a band, but it was what we had to work with. Even after doing crossfit for a year now, I'm still baffled at just how hard you can work and how exhausted you can get in 5 minutes!!

Bek and I just got back from the Doctors and what ya know? we have another lil Bussom on the way!!! Due Date is December 15th!!!! After the appointment I was on cload 9 so like Angie and Missy, I also made up Fran this afternoon.
I hit the garage for nooner and threw down with Fran solo. I made sure to shout each rep so I didn't miss any this time.

Great news! Gratz on what will soon be a new addition to your family Buss.

Awesome job on Fran to all that have done it thus far. The bar is set really high with everyone doing soo fricken well. Apex is a bunch of sick crazy mother f-en crossfitters, thats for sure!

Hopefully I will be able to hit it shortly and add to the collection. And thats Fran, not babies, Im talking about!

couldn't get the car tonight to make it in class in time so i decided to take on this work out at my house.

put 35lbs on weights on my db bar so i guess i did around 37lbs? died on the couch again after i was done this one.

PM group nice job tonight. We modified because of the large number of guys. WE only have 2-53lb KB's so we changed the KBS to a SDLHP 95lbs. THe boys looked real good. We had a new guy Sid join us. He held is own pulling 95lbs and finishing his first WOD in a great time. Next WOD Saturday AM. See you then.

yeah Sidney came! i've been having him do CF in gym every other class and been trying to get him to come to a class and i'm so glad he did. wish i coulda been there tonight but ill see you guys saturday!

Dave, I'm glad you are doing better with the burpees! They pretty much suck.

So today I was just taking it easy, yes I know I'm a slacker. At Montco we have this big square box thing to train kids for gymnastics on. Anyways my buddy was like can u do this and jumps up on it like a box jump. So I attempted it and it wasn't much of a problem. I found out it was 40" tall. So then I was like hmmmm, if I stack some panel-matts on top of this thing how high could I go. So I tried 43" and made it. Next attempt was 47". After a few bad jumps and sore/red shins, I barely got it. I stacked on another thing to push it to 48" but failed. I kept getting one foot up but would not make it up with the other. Oh well. Then I went to Fridays and ate wings...NOT for time. I'm thinking "Cindy" might be my Saturday afternoon workout.
