Well that really ate me alive this morning. Felt good in the squat, but my transition to the jerk is in need of a make over. As always, rowing just sucks! I was like 20 min

KB swings 35 (rx was 53)

Someone counted for me, but I forgot to get the totals. They weren't that good, but the workout was good.

Hey Molly!

I like the effort Scraps. Just think back to the days of the 2min. defense trying to squat clean 135#.

Linda was getting better with every rep. New working weight at 45#'s. Nice.

Each round got slower, and yeah the row just sucked. 11:47

I feel your pain Scraps, Kim & I did that workout a week or two ago but only did the squat cleans, we didn't know about the jerk.

That was a mammoth of a night. Nik put up a great time along with Zach. Both boys hit this WOD rx'd and finished in very respectable times. Overall even those of you who did not do rx'd great times and loved the efforts. Enjoy the pics! Keep working hard. APEX represents!


Oh can't forget about the beginners. We had 3 new first timers who also did a really nice job. Thanks for coming out.
