The track was great! Feelin real sore after thursday and today. Well see you guys all monday night, and hopefully i will be firing it up tonight with some drinks. Everyone have a great weekend!!!!!!

Yeah, good job to all... That track can definitely be intimmidating in comparison to the street.

OHS WORK then did 4x 400's with full rest between rounds 1:03,1:03, 1:07, 1:07
then did Main site wod from Sat. WL, Pull ups and Sit ups 10:17
I had feelings of the hill run at last years games while doing the 400's this morning. That is the worst feeling ever:( Running those 400's is a perfect example of how intensity really feels. Looks like we might have to program this into a WOD soon!

Started off wanting to do a modified Michael WOD today and it turned into the longest WOD i've ever done.
