Holy Moly that was a crazy night....I have never seen hail come down like that let alone a river running down my driveway while all of the crossfitters were arriving. Thanks for working with me tonight everybody. With limitations of space it was greatly appreciated for those of you who helped hold one another accountable on each and every rep. Hopefully it ran smoothly enough for you guys and gals to keep things moving.

What a sweat fest, people slipping off pull up bars, sweat splashing in your face as you let the front squat slap against your chest and finishing things off by laying down and creating a pool of sweat. I guess you can say you worked hard. Good job tonight everyone.

Arlene ice up and I hope you feel better soon. Limit your exercise for the next couple days on your groin.

Mariel hopefully that hip flexor relaxes for you. Ice 20min on throughout the night. Way to hang in there and fight through.
