Tanya and I set the mark for tomorrows groups. We just finished it around 11pm tonight. Even though we had a busy not that does not stop us from training. I am crashing and burning as we speak. Time to finish dinner hahah ya at 1130pm.
Can't wait for another Bench Mark tomorrow! Rest up.

completely bummed that I am missign this one. these are my favorite types of wods.
Couldn't do Filthy Fifty from home so did 3 rds of 50 pushups, 40 situps, 30 walking db lunges, 20 burpee, 10 pullups (jumping). Does this one have a name?

Our 9am Filthy Fifty was scattered with all females. We had 6 ladies show up and fight through a long and tiring WOD. Great job ladies.

My first time doing doubleunders in a WOD. Woo Hoo!
ok so since i had baseball tonight i sucked it up and took on the wod wit julia at montco. we only had a ten pound ball and 16" box so i guess we were scaled but whatever. felt like we had a legit shot at 25 mins and i felt like i kept a steady pace all the way through as did julia. dont know why are times dont show it. good luck to those at 6:30.

Did my 1.52mi run. 9:54 (6:31mi pace) Happy with the outcome. 1:16 PR from last time.
